Commercially available hops may be vegan depending on the source and may be vegetarian depending on the source.
Hops are vegan, but they are almost exclusively used in beer products which don't list animal products used during the brewing process. Although most beer is brewed without the use of animal products, some beers do use isinglass and gelatin.
